1.提升我们对于警察权力及我们自身权利的了解，能够更有效的避免滥权事件发生。
2. 检视警察的检举权力，凸现所谓的法治，不再是持法而治（Rule by Law），而需以法而治（Rule of Law）。
内容 : 认识大马皇家警察、警察的权力、如何面对警察、如何投诉警察等。
